The recurring problem we saw was not workmanship. It was information. Customers could not get a straight answer about materials, layout, or whether a fence should be repaired or replaced.
Post condition, rail attachment, alignment, drainage, and ground contact all change what a job actually requires. We assess those before putting a number on it.
If the existing structure is sound, we will say so. Replacing a full perimeter when a single run needs attention is not a recommendation we are eager to make.
